Tuan Le, Attorney at Law

Tuan Le grew up in Northern California – Bay Area. He graduated from San Jose State University with degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Le worked in commercial real estate as a commercial mortgage broker. During law school, Mr. Le worked as a law clerk and legal assistant at the Law Office of Steve Lopez handling various immigration and bankruptcy cases.

Since 2010 Mr. Le has been an attorney with the Law Office of Steve Lopez. He represents clients throughout the United States in various immigration matters ranging from family based petitions, waivers of inadmissibility, asylum, deportation defense, and post conviction related cases. Mr. Le’s family immigrated from Vietnam in 1980 and that fact has led him to dedicating his work to helping others immigrate or stay in the United States.

Mr. Le’s practice also includes representing clients before the Central District Bankruptcy Courts in Chapter 7, 11 and Chapter 13 cases. Mr. Le has also represented clients in various civil litigation matters such construction defects, breach of contract, real estate disputes, etc.
